1. Introduction
This Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returning products purchased from Khimreonstrxepea via the website khimreonstrxepea.ddd. It applies to consumers in the European Union and the Netherlands and complements our Terms of Service. If you have any questions, please contact us using the details in section 8.

3. Your right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Dutch implementation (Burgerlijk Wetboek Book 7). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may:
- Send an email to managers@khimreonstrxepea.world with your name, order reference, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
- Use the model withdrawal form published by the European Commission (if we have provided it or a link to it).
- Contact us by post at the address above or by phone at +31 20 624 4331.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired. We will send you an acknowledgment of your withdrawal (e.g. by email) and instructions for returning the product.
4. Effects of withdrawal and return of goods
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear it or unless we failed to inform you that you must bear it. We recommend that you use a traceable delivery method and keep proof of postage.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop; we may deduct from the refund an amount for any loss in value if the product has been used beyond what is necessary (e.g. if a significant proportion of the capsules has been consumed without a good reason).
5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under EU and Dutch law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. sealed capsules or bottles that have been opened and used beyond what is necessary to establish nature and functioning). In practice we may still accept returns of unsealed supplements in resalable condition; please contact us to confirm.
- Goods which are clearly personalised or made to your specifications.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. certain perishable items).

6. Faulty or non-conforming products
If the product you received is faulty, damaged, or does not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product, missing items, or not as described), you have statutory rights under Dutch and EU law (including the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or rescission of the contract, depending on the circumstances). In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and a description (and, if possible, photos) of the issue. We will arrange for return at our cost where appropriate and will either send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery costs. We do not require you to pay for return shipping when the product is defective or non-conforming.
7. How to return a product
To return a product (whether under the 14-day withdrawal right or because of a fault):
- Contact us by email at managers@khimreonstrxepea.world (or by post or phone) and state that you wish to return the product. Include your name and order reference.
- We will confirm and, where applicable, provide you with return instructions or a returns label if we have agreed to cover return costs.
- Pack the product securely (preferably in its original packaging if possible) and send it to the address we provide. For withdrawal, you must send it within 14 days of notifying us.
- Keep proof of postage until you have received your refund.

8. Refund processing time
We will process your refund within 14 days of the later of: (a) receipt of the returned goods, or (b) receipt of evidence that you have sent the goods back. The refund will be credited to the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.
