1. Introduction and scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website khimreonstrxepea.world ("Website") and any orders you place for products offered by Khimreonstrxepea ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit quantities. If a product you ordered is no longer available or does not match the description, we will inform you and offer a refund or alternative where appropriate.

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual experiences may vary. You should follow the instructions for use and, if you have a medical condition or take other medication, consult your doctor before use.

6. Orders and contract formation

When you submit an order via the Website, you make an offer to purchase the selected products on these Terms. A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation (e.g. by email). We are not obliged to accept every order; we may refuse or cancel orders in case of error in pricing or availability, suspected fraud, or for other legitimate reasons. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.

You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide (name, address, email, phone, etc.) are accurate and complete. We will use these details to process your order and to communicate with you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Price, payment, and delivery

Prices displayed on the Website are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs (if any) will be shown before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is due as indicated during checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed on the Website. You must provide correct and current payment details. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Delivery times and methods are as stated on the Website or in your order confirmation. We will use reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver within the stated timeframes, but we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you specified.

8. Withdrawal and returns (consumers)

If you are a Consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you designate) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post). 9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage (including loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Website or from the supply or use of our products.
• Our total liability to you in respect of any order or use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant products in that order (or, if higher, the amount permitted by mandatory consumer law).

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a Consumer.
